Bpres — Test for field presence in UBF buffer

int Bpres (UBFH *p_ub, BFLDID bfldid, BFLDOCC occ);
Link with -lubf -lnstd -lm -lpthread
Test the UBF buffer (p_ub) for field bfldid presence at occurrence occ.
If field is present, functions returns 1, if field is not present, function returns 0.
Function does not return error. If buffer is invalid, then it will return 0 (field not present).
