Description
New feature: we could schedule invalidate for time period. For example we trigger their cache invalidate with not data delete, but write to cache header that record shall not be cached until UTC+X seconds. This could be usable so that we know there could be delayed processes in system (for example payment execution after submit - and we do not know when it finished. but shall finish in time frame. Thus for that period we do not cache account balances...).
