Description

Currently if process sends un-registered -i:

- process hangs on not dropped response from ndrxd
- shared memory contains advertised services
- after killing unregistered process, shared memory still contains unregistered services

So above shall be resolved so that:
- there are no extra services in shm
- process with invalid -i would get reject response and server process terminates
