Description

Currently, if server advertises service: XXYY, and the same service is available from bridge connection, and if local server died for some reason, the actual local queue is left as is.
If bridge is not available, the Q is removed.
The dead process service Q removal process shall be the same regardless from the network connections, to avoid late message processing, if new server boots back.
