Description
Xadmin command line tool can be improved to quicker monitor for ndrxd ipc queue opening when xadmin does fork/exec.

Release notes¶
xadmin/ndrxd startup has been improved, so that first checks for ndrxd process is made after 50ms, with 50ms increments, 6 attempts are made prior main check is done, totally 1050 ms. Previously minimum 1 sec has to be waited before startup continues.
Available from Enduro/X release 8.0.4+.
