Feature #790 UBF Dictionary like access without marshaling to dict

New build systems added: Ubuntu 22.04, Oracle Linux 9, Raspbian 11, FreeBSD 13

Release package naming have been streamlined. Key changes:
- RHEL/Oracle Linux/Centos packages contains “el<version>” identifier
- SUSE Linux packages now contain “sl<version>” identifier
- PowerPC architecture now is named after “ppc64”
- All package name is in lower case
- Python release files now contains only the Python interpreter version

Overview¶

Enduro/X for Python 3 module has been release. Module offers fully features XATMI programming of the XATMI Clients and Servers. All XATMI APIs are available to the Python, this includes XA transactions. Official Oracle DB driver (cx_Oracle) may participate in global transactions. XATMI buffers are mapped to the dictionaries. With the release of this module, now it was never simpler before to write high performance, highly parallel Python applications. For existing Enduro/X applications written in C/C++/Go/Java, this module gives extra flexibility to have scripting facility within the application.
